Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp dried herbs your choice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar with one cup of olive oil
  2. Add one large clove of crushed or finely chopped garlic to the mixture
  3. Squeeze in one tablespoon of lemon juice
  4. Stir in dried herbs – I’d recommend ½ tsp of thyme and ½ tsp of oregano
  5. Salt & pepper to taste
