  • 400 g organic cannellini beans
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • pepper to taste
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion & garlic.
  2. Cook until lightly caramelised.
  3. Drain the cannellini beans and rinse.
  4. Add the beans to the stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Simmer until most of the water has evaporated.
  6. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
