Ingredients
  • 1 pack gluten free tacos
  • 2 peppers
  • 1/2 pumpkin
  • 5 small cucumber
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 3 aubergines
  • 1 tin organic mixed beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large jar tomato sauce
  • chili flakes to taste
  • cheese optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Add to the wok.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and the mixed beans.
  5. Heat the tacos.
  6. Serve once piping hot.
  7. Optional - grate some cheese to be added to the tacos.
