Servings: 2 people
  • 2 pieces wild cod
  • 2 handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 tbsp organic cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp organic virgin coconut oil
  • pink himalayan salt to taste
  1. Melt coconut oil in two separate pans

  2. Wilt spinach in one pan, add the (seasoned) cod to a separate pan and cook for approx 2-3 minutes per side
  3. Serve immediately, adding 1 tbsp of cottage cheese to a heated plate
