Healthy, Gluten Free, Dairy Free Red Pepper Dip with Vegetables
Red pepper dip with vegetables
- 6 red peppers
- 4 small cucumbers
- 400g organic chickpeas 400g
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp filtered water
Chop the pepper and the cucumber into long pieces.
Add 1/3 of the pepper to the blender.
Drain the chickpeas. Crush the garlic. Add to blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
