Ingredients
  • 6 red peppers
  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 400g organic chickpeas 400g
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp filtered water
Instructions
  1. Chop the pepper and the cucumber into long pieces.
  2. Add 1/3 of the pepper to the blender.
  3. Drain the chickpeas. Crush the garlic. Add to blender.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
