My relationship with chocolate is verging on ridiculous. I could happily (and quite easily) eat a bar in one sitting. And I'm not referring to the average bar but rather the 1kg bar. How anyone could eat one bite and 'save it for later' is beyond me. So I guess you understand why I came up with my own healthy version of a chocolate bar, minus the dairy, refined sugar and nasty additives.

Ingredients
80gorganic raw cacao powder
100gorganic coconut oil
4tbspmanuka honey
1tbspvanilla essence
1handful flaked almonds
Instructions
Melt coconut oil in pan
Add cacao powder, honey, vanilla essence and almonds to melted oil and mix
Place mixture on baking paper (so it doesn't stick to tray) and shape
