Gluten Free Protein Brownies Recipe
Protein powders have come a long way over the last few years in the taste department. One of my favourites is Raw – a protein powder designed by Amazonia, to help you successfully reach your health and fitness goals. Using sprouted, prebiotic and easily digested vegan protein.
These homemade brownies are a great Raw protein boost for first thing in the morning. And an easy and delicious way to increase your protein intake naturally.
The best thing about these brownies? You can always add and/or replace the ingredients to suit your taste. I've tried a few different options but I personally find this one to be the best.
- 2 tbsp Raw protein powder
- 1 tbsp powdered murta berries
- 1 tbsp powdered maqui berries
- 300 g frozen organic mixed berries
- 3 organic eggs
- 4 tbsp biocao cacao powder
- 2 tbsp arrowroot
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tbsp coconut powder
- 50 g roasted seed mixture
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Mix all of the ingredients together
Cook for 15 minutes at 180 C
Slice and serve
