Gluten Free Pepper, Onion & Three Cheese Pizza Recipe
Pepper, onion & three cheese pizza
Servings: 2 people
- 1 pack Bauck Hof Pizza-Teig (or similar)
- 3 peppers
- 2 red onions
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful parmesan cheese
- 1 handful feta cheese
- 1 handful cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- chili flakes (optional)
- gluten free flour (to dust)
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Prepare the gluten free dough by following the instructions on the packet.
Add the chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, sesame oil & chilli flakes to a mixing bowl and stir.
Pour the mixture over the pizza base.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the tomato base until covered. Add additional cheese if necessary.
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add to the pizza.
Cook for 20 minutes.
