Gluten Free Organic Oven Baked Fish Recipe
Oven baked fish

Servings: 2 people
- 2 organic fish fillets
- 4 organic eggs
- 3 tbsp organic milk
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp organic butter x2 tbsp
- sage, salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Coat the fish with sage, salt & pepper. Oven bake for 20 minutes.
Add the mayonnaise, milk, butter & mustard to a small pan and mix. Heat at a low temperature.
Once the fish is nearly cooked, poach 4 eggs in a separate pan.
Serve with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
