Finely chop dates and add to blender
Add all the other ingredients and blend for 20-30 seconds
Once sufficiently mixed, add a little almond milk (aim for a consistency that's not too sticky/wet)
Roll into small balls and place on either aluminium foil or baking paper
Freeze for 15 minutes then store in fridge for up to one week
