These couldn't be easier to make and who doesn't love pancakes? Especially healthy pancakes. I've already eaten two this morning (another case of my eyes being bigger than my belly!) On the plus side, the mixture keeps which means you have your breakfast sorted for the next few days. Perfection.

Ingredients
x1 handful of blueberries
1/2cupof gluten free oat flour
1tbspmaca powder
1tbspprotein powder
1banana
1eggor 2 egg whites
almond milk
coconut oil
Instructions
Blend the ingredients in a NutriBullet (or by hand), adding the almond milk for desired consistency
Heat the coconut oil in a small frying pan
Add enough mixture for one pancake to the pan and cook
Before flipping, add the blueberries to the pancake
